Welcome To A Wedding of Joy
I am Alice Joy Hessinger, a Non-Denominational, legal wedding officiate
and Minister.
I have performed many wedding ceremonies. Being a part of each of those
weddings has been a beautiful, unforgettable experience for me.
I will officiate with a ceremony of your choice, or I will create one for
you. In fact, I also enjoy performing theme weddings and have done
several, including Western, Hawaiian and Renaissance weddings. I have
officated at weddings at The Hotel Bethlehem, The Manor House,
Barnhouse Village Inn, Bear Creek Ski Lodge, Mangoes, Celebrations,
The Knights Of Columbus, The Rose Gardens, Evergreen Lake, The
Holiday Inn, Cetronia Fire Company, The Meadows, The Barrister's Club,
Stoudt's Brewery in Adamstown. I have also done many ceremonies in
private homes, gardens.
Because of the passion I feel for doing weddings, I have decided to
make this my life’s work. I hope to one day have my own wedding
chapel where people can be married in peace and beauty.
Being a Non-Denominational Minister, I can legally
marry couples of any religion. Commitment and
Vow-Renewal Ceremonies are also services I can
provide. I will marry you at any location you
choose.
To be honest, I still get “butterflies” before each
wedding. This is because I am truly excited for
you. Each and every ceremony is special to me. It
is my true "joy."
